1. Service Provider
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the transportation and mobility services and the website operated by:

(hereinafter: "Heavy Core", "we", "us").
2. Scope of Services
Heavy Core provides premium passenger transportation and mobility services in Budapest and, on request, elsewhere in Hungary and neighboring countries, including: airport transportation, private chauffeur services, bike and e-bike rentals, corporate transportation, and hospitality transportation solutions.
3. Bookings and Contract Formation
Requests submitted through the website's booking form, by email or by phone are non-binding inquiries. A contract is formed only when Heavy Core sends an express confirmation of the booking, including the agreed service, time, and price. We reserve the right to decline requests, for example due to lack of availability.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are quoted individually before confirmation and are fixed for the confirmed service. Unless otherwise agreed, prices include the vehicle, chauffeur, fuel and standard waiting times. Payment is accepted by bank card, bank transfer or — for contracted corporate and hospitality partners — consolidated monthly invoicing. Prices include VAT where applicable.
5. Changes and Cancellations
Changes to confirmed bookings are accommodated where possible. Unless a different policy is stated in the booking confirmation, the following applies:
- Cancellation more than 24 hours before the service: free of charge.
- Cancellation between 24 and 4 hours before the service: 50% of the agreed price may be charged.
- Cancellation less than 4 hours before the service, or no-show: 100% of the agreed price may be charged.
For airport pickups, waiting time caused by flight delays that we can track is not treated as a late cancellation.
6. Customer Obligations
Customers must provide accurate booking information (times, addresses, flight numbers, passenger counts), be ready at the agreed time and place, and behave in a manner that does not endanger the safety of the chauffeur, the vehicle or other passengers. Smoking is not permitted in the vehicles. The customer is liable for damage to vehicles or rental equipment caused by the customer or their party beyond normal wear and tear.
7. Bike and E-Bike Rentals
Rental bikes and e-bikes are handed over in roadworthy condition together with the included accessories. The renter must use the equipment with due care, observe traffic rules, and secure bikes with the provided lock when unattended. The renter is liable for loss, theft (where the lock was not used) and damage beyond normal wear and tear. E-bike riders must observe applicable age and traffic regulations.
8. Liability
Heavy Core performs its services with professional care. We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. extraordinary traffic conditions, weather, road closures, force majeure), although we will always make reasonable efforts to minimize the impact. Our liability for damages is limited to the extent permitted by Hungarian law; liability for damage caused intentionally or affecting life, limb or health is not limited.
9. Complaints
Complaints can be submitted by email to info@hevvcore.com. We respond within 30 days. Consumers may also contact the conciliation body competent for the service provider's registered office (Budapest Conciliation Board / Budapesti Békéltető Testület, 1016 Budapest, Krisztina krt. 99.), or use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — texts, images, logos and design — is the property of Heavy Core Kft. or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Hungarian law, in particular the Hungarian Civil Code (Act V of 2013). For matters not regulated in these Terms, the applicable Hungarian legislation applies.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
