From request to ride in four steps
Every booking — whether it's a single airport pickup or a week-long corporate program — follows the same clear process. You always know what happens next, what it costs, and who to call.
Send your request
Use the booking form, email or phone. Tell us the service, date, time and locations. For airport transfers, add your flight number so we can track it.
Receive your fixed quote
We reply — usually within 15–30 minutes — with availability, your vehicle and a fixed, all-inclusive price. Nothing is confirmed until you approve it.
Enjoy the service
Your chauffeur arrives ahead of schedule, or your bikes are delivered to your door. Changes on the day? One message to your driver or our dispatch and we adapt.
Pay your way
Settle by bank card, bank transfer or — for corporate and hospitality partners — a consolidated monthly invoice. You receive proper documentation for every trip.

How far in advance should I book?
For airport transfers and chauffeur service, a few hours' notice is usually enough — but booking a day ahead guarantees your preferred vehicle. Corporate programs and events are best planned a week or more in advance.
What if my flight is delayed?
Nothing changes for you. We track your flight and adjust the pickup automatically, with generous waiting time included in your fixed price.
Can I change or cancel a booking?
Yes — plans change. Contact us as soon as you know; changes and cancellations are free within the windows described in our Terms & Conditions.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Tell us the age of your children in the booking notes and we will fit appropriate seats at no extra charge.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Budapest and its surroundings, long-distance transfers across Hungary, and cross-border trips to Vienna, Bratislava and beyond on request.
How do bike rentals work?
Choose your bikes and rental period, and we deliver them — with helmets, locks and lights — to your hotel or address, then collect them when you're done.
